Legacy - Adding a Microchip Plan Item

To perform a microchip registration, you'll to add the microchip plan item in the Active Plan list as shown below.

Add the Microchip Plan Item

1) Each Microchip Vendor has a special plan item that is created in Web Services setup. Contact your administrator if your Microchip Vendor Plan Item is not available.

Enter the Microchip ID

1) Click on the Add/Edit Microchip Id # Link to pop down the entry field.

2) Enter the Microchip ID # in the entry field.

3) Save the Plan

Perform the Plan

1) Performing the Plan will place the Microchip in the queue for processing. A provider is responsible for posting the registration by Web Services as a batch daily or on a schedule determined by the clinic. To post the registration please go to Registration >> Microchip Registration.
