Adding a Registration Widget to your Website

Adding a sign up widget to your custom website is simple. With your subdomain name provided by VETport your web designer can get your registration widget up and running in no time.

Add a Sign Up Widget - Full Length

1) This is the VETport sign in widget in Baker House's custom web site.

2) Give this code snippet to your web designer:

3) Replace bakerhousevets with your subdomin name provided by VETport.

4) IMPORTANT: Once this has been installed please notify support@vetport.com so that VETport team can set the logout from VETport to return to this same page.

If you do not you will return to the internal VETport login page which will cause no problems but it is not seamless.

Self Registration

After the widget is put on your web site you can direct the client to self register into the system. At this time VETport will automatically send them a welcome letter, a login name and password. Your clients will then be able to add their pets information, upload photos of their pets, request an appointment and more.

Enter all valid details and click on Register button

Successful Registration message

After your client fills in the sign in widget they will get the message as displayed above.
