This example shows how to produce a CSV file from the reminder table including relational fields from client and patient tables. in this example we will ask the question. "What Vaccination Types were given between 1-1-11 and 1-1-13. We will include the Manufacturer and Serial Number.
Find starting table and press "+".
Select the fields in the target table you want to report on.
1) Click on fields in the query
2) to add "where" restrictions - in this case a time field allows for
3) Apply additional SQL criteria.
1) Explode related patient table and add fields.
2) Explode subrelations and add fields.
1) Click on Generate Report
2) Name report and click OK
1) CSV file will be downloaded locally.
NOTE: larger reports may take time to generate before they down
