Clover - Fiserv Connect Machine Integrations and Taking Payment Swiping Card Workflow

Step 1: To integrate please click on Clinic and Staff Settings >>>> Marketplace >>>>Clover Connect >>>>click on configuration details and add your Clover Connect credentials.

Step 2: Payment types used need the ''Allow payment gateway option selected''

Please go to Money Manager>>>>Primary setup>>>>Payment type>>>>check the Allow Payment Gateway accordingly,

Step 3(a): Accept payment using the Clover Connect device.

Click on Apply now>>>>select the Payment Mode>>>>click on Confirm and you will be routed to the Clover Connect gateway page.

PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THE VETPORT PAGE OR CLOVER CONNECT PAGE UNTIL PAYMENT COMPLETION

Step 3(b): Select the card type in Clover Connect and complete the transaction.
