Legacy - Create Group plan for a Complaint
1. Type the complaint
2. Click on Add and add the group plan
Type the plan item and select from the drop down, clicking on the plan item will add to the group plan.
You can add a new plan item by clicking on the arrow shown above.
Add the required plan item and save the group.
To display 'Add' under Group plan manager
If the option to the add group plan is not present then click on edit.
You can now click here and add a group plan.
