Legacy - E-Sign on Communication Form

How to add Communication form to Plan Item ?  For help Click Here

After Adding Communicaition Form to Plan Item When ever that particular plan item is performed it wil asked you for e-sign

After Click on Save this will get record in Patient Medical Record.

Please make sure that the plan item is categorised as Authorization in the plan item setup. If not setup under the correct category the e-sign option will not be available

Once you click on Medical Record this screen wil get appear on that you can see esign tab
