1. client patient demographics



1. Select appropriate options like First Active from date, Active / Inactive / Deceased patient etc
2. Clicking on "Search", It will open the Patient list
3. Click on "Export Mail Merge File" button

2. Select type of the Reminder


3. Plan Items





4. A/c Receivable





6. Master Problem Follow Up




7. EMR Extracting

Invalid Client Id


Enter Client Id, Click on "Download EMR" button.
If it is a Invalid Client ID, It will display error message


It will create Client Name folder, In which there will be Patient name folders associated with that client. Later it will be converted to Zip file.
Here it displays report showing Patients for which the EMR report folder is being generated.
Click on "Click Here" link

It downloads Complete EMR report zip file.
