A Physical Exam Sample


1) Select form from drop down.  New forms can easily be created by the user and old forms are easily edited.


1) Selected Exam Form (e.g physical exam)

2) Record Vital Signs.

3) Color legend for Normal, Abnormal and Non Examined. Clicking once on the exam element turns it to green(normal), a second click turns it to red(abnormal).  Checking a normal finding after exploding user definable finding turns green, checking and abnormal finding turns the exam element red.  To return and element to non examined either un check element or clear comments from the field and then press to turn to blue.

4) All finding can be defined by the user against each element in the setup.

5) User can define a report card template against any finding and customize it from within the next screen step.

6) User can manually add any comment to an exam element.

Add default values to Report Card


1) Click on Report card to add information against that finding.

2) Report card default information.

3) Easily attach an image against an exam finding.

The exam form reported into the ePOMR


1) Objective can be edited (click on the blue Examination) or deleted for 24 hours.

2) Simple and clear Vitals.

3) Each element can have as many predefined findings as the user wishes.  As well manual comments can be added to any finding.

4) As always one picture is worth a thousand words.   Double clicking the image opens a full size image in a full featured browser based editor.  Open a diseased tooth full screen in and editor and see if you still have trouble convincing the client their pet needs a dental!
