Giving Staff Access to VETport: Levels of Permissions Give to Employees

Click -> Settings and Reports->Personnel-access Rights & their scheduling
Staff Category -you can create new staff and update exist one
1 > Click on Add to create a new staff
2> Click on Edit to make changes to an existing staff member.
When entering a new staff member you will be asked for level of domain user permissions. VPAdmin give full access to VETport, Control Less access, Manager Lesser access, Staff Less access, Lab is for Lab use
We know that VPAdmin gives full access so lets start with Control
Level of Access Given To Each Domain Starting with Control
Control: So under the gear here you can see that the Control is restricted only to those items which are directed by an arrow
Control has Access to All of the Medical Record SOAP Setup apart from Clinic standard & default encounter
Control has full access to all of the Medical Record SOAP Setup.
Control has a complete access to Business Intelligence
Manager has Access To All of the Medical Record SOAP Setup Same as Control
Manager Does not have access to Business Intelligence.
Manager has access to the deposit. (Same as Control)
Staff Access is Limited
1. Staff cannot access Business Intelligent, Medical Record SOAP Setup, and Gear
2. Staff can access Support
Staff is limited on the dashboard
1. Staff cannot access any Financial or Compliance Reports.
2. Staff can access Registration, Labs & Reports.
Lab is used for Pending Diagnostics (Lab, Radiology, Special) Reports viewing and accessing
1. Lab is used to only access lab reports.
