Legacy - How do I apply a credit?
Assume we have a client that has an outstanding on their account
Credit can be applied via the following modes
If the Advance payement is taken then the deposit report will reflect the charge. The amount and the payment mode is logged. This is like taking a payment.
The return credit is selecting an invoice and when when plans are returned a credit is created.
Coupons and Other credits are similar i.e. a credit note is created.
Crediting other Credit
Enter the amount and remarks, then add credit
You need to post the credit to a specific invoice.
Please remember that all credits need to be posted to a specific invoice.
