Step1: Click on appointment.
Step2: Select the hospital in which you want to schedule appointment if you are running multi clinic.
Step3: If the provider is NotAvailable for that day then you can see NA sign in front of his name.
Step4: Select the other provider under which you want to schedule appointment.
Step5: If you want to check the availablity of the provider click here.

Step1: you can select the date on which you want to see the availablity of the provider
Step2: you can see no of appointment schedule under provider with date.
Step3: here you can see the colour code which define the availablity
So when you click on date parellel to provider name you can see the detail schedule of that particular provider

Step1: The booked schedule you can see in red when you move your cursor on the you can see the client patient detail.
Step2 : And green feild is available time under which you can book appointment.
