Legacy - How to check if the client / patient is Inactive or Deceased

Only active patients are displayed by default in the search results.  To view inactive or deceased patients please see the below instructions

As seen in the screenshot the keyword "Appa" did not yield any search results as by default the system will only search for active records.

 

Choosing to include Inactive/Deceased records in the search results.

Select the radio button "Active/Inactive/Deceased" for the search results to include the Inactive or deceased patients.

As seen in the screenshot the same keyword "Appa" now displays a result.
