How to create Wellness plans and disptach

1, Go to Inventory and Plan items >> Plan item management >> Click on Wellness as shown below



2, Click on ADD NEW WELLNESS 



3, Add a name to the Wellness, species, Weight, Age and Duration







Click on NEXT



Choose Plan items from the Search option and Click on Next as shown above



Payment Terms 
1, First payment : this is the down payment , Client needs to make an initial payment 
2 Reccuring : This is balance after making the down payment, it will divded between the months according to the number of months chosen in the Wellness plan.



Click on the confirm after the First pay is entered as shown above

Now the wellness plan is created 

To apply the Wellness plan or to subscribe any patient to wellness package, Go to patient dashboard navigate to wellness Service Widget, and click on the plus symbol as showm below




You will see the list of Wellness packages available,
You can select the appropritate package from the available ones by clicking on APPLY as shown below 




After you click on APPLY

it will ask to choose an existing Encounter or you can create one as shown below



After selecting the encounter >> Click on the Submit >> Wellness package is added to the patient.
You can see the added Wellness plan on the Wellness widget as shown below


Click on eye symbol to perform wellness plan items, view logs, invoice and plan info as shown below



To perform wellness plan items, enter a desired quantity ,click on action and then click on DISPATCH as shown below

You can find the pending invoice for the dispatched items as shown below 



You can also find the logs for the items when it was administered
