Legacy - How to delete an encounter ?
Before deleting an encounter, select encounter and delete all plan items, if invoice has created you can not delete plan item then u need shift that plan item to other encounter exam, history forms etc. which you have performed under that encounter. Use this If you want to delete an encounter with its all plan items, history forms etc.
1.Select an Encounter
2. Delete all plans, history, exam forms etc.
Delete an Encounter if all SOAP Item is Deleted
How to Delete an encounter by keeping (shift SOAP to other encounter ) all plan items performed in it ?
if you want to save SOAP Details before deleting an encounter Please first shift all SOAP to another encounter after that delete the old encounter
Use below image to shift selected SOAP.
1.Click on More
2. Click On shift SOAP
1.Click on Shift all SOAP
2. Click for selecting encounter for shift .
3.Click on shift SOAP
Once you have shifted the SOAP and / or deleted the SOAP components - and the encounter now is empty - you will be able to delete encounter
