Legacy - How to double book an appointment?
VETport allows you to add multiple appointments for the same timeslot for the same provider. Please see the steps below on how to add a second appointment for the same timeslot.
Step1
step1: Once you have schedule appointment for say 9:00 then click on this blue area and you can book another appointment on same time
step2: search another client patient
Once you are done with appointment type / search complaint after then when you see on date time over there it will automatic
step1: Select the end time
step2: You can see under the provider it will show that this provider is already schedule in between that time slot.
step3: In this panel you can see current reminder and expired reminder for that particular patient
Once you have selected the appropriate options just click on Create Appointment to save the appointment.
