Legacy - How to select Multiple Doctors/providers while building an Active Plan
In a multi-doctor practice one can now select multiple doctors while building a plan list from the "Plan" link on the dashboard. Each plan item in the list will have a corresponding drop down provider list to select a doctor/provider who has performed the plan item.
Only the Plan items with a provider will be activated which can be then moved to Cart.
After entering the plan the provider's name appears to the right of the plan item
Choosing a new provider for plan item
Provider can be changed in the following ways before puttting in cart / generating estimate
1. Change provider for all plan items
2. Change provider for specific plan item

2. Change provider for specific plan item
Select the name of the provider and click Change Provider
