Legacy - How to use Tag tool

Go to settings to make changes in template by using tags


Select any template to change or in which you want to make changes


Select any template in which you want to make changes.

Click on Tag tool to check available Tags for template


List of Tags will appear which you can use in template


1. Tags column contains Tags list with $$ prefix and suffix.

2. These tags are used to reduce the large word/sentence or frequent used words/sentence. Which you can use in template.

Now add Tags to create your own template

1. In above screen we have added below Tags.

$$firstname$$ - While previewing or sending reminder this tag will be replaced by Client First name

$$lastname$$ - While previewing or sending reminder this tag will be replaced by Client Last name

$$patientphoto$$ - While previewing or sending reminder this tag will be replaced by Patient Photo

$$patient$$ - While previewing or sending reminder this tag will be replaced by Patient name

$$Reminders$$ - While previewing or sending reminder this tag will be replaced by patient reminders

$$zipcode$$ -  While previewing or sending reminder this tag will be will be replaced by Zip Code defined in Clinic Record (if applicable)
