Next Gen - Phone number is in an incorrect format. How do I change it
Navigation :
Go to: Setup >> Client Patient Details >> Phone Type.
On this page, you can change the format of how the phone number should look for all the phone types.
1>> Please create a format on how the phone number should look on the client's profile depending on your region.
2>> If you wish to send SMS(Text messages) for a phone type, please check the option.
3>> Click on Save for the changes to get updated.
3>> Click on Save for the changes to get updated.
4>> Activate and deactivated a phone type if you do not use a specific phone type.
