Legacy - Marking Plan Item to show in Recording Past Services
Recording of Vaccinations and Past Services
Load up the customer into the dashboard
Click on past vaccination & service
Log the services rendered to the patient in the past
To have plan items appear on the Past Vaccinations & Services page you need to turn on a flag under each plan item
1. go To Medical Record / Plan Item Setup

Click on Add / Modify Plan Item
1. Fill in the Category and Sub Category where your plans are
2. Hit Search
3. If the link is red and reads Hide in Past Services the plan will NOT show up on the Past Services List
4. If the link is green and reads Display in Past Services then it WILL show up on the Past Services List.
