Legacy - Merging duplicates, Moving account balances, and moving reminders to the new merged patient

To merge duplicate pet medical record to original pet Medical record. Follow the step below.

Load the Client/patient on Dashboard >> click on EMR and take the EMR pdf


Once the Pdf is extracted, Go to Original Pet account and attach the PDF to original Pet Medical record.






Moving account balances to Original Client Account


Once the Patient medical Record is attach to Original Account ...

If there is any positive or Negative balance on Duplicate Client account then to move that balance to Original account Add Debit or Credit Note to Original account.

For Positive Balance ---- Add Debit Note.

For Negative Balance --------- Add Credit Note.

Once the Balance is Added to Original Client Account. Now to Move Duplicate patient Reminder to Original Pet Medical record follow the step below.

Moving Reminders to Original Pet Medical Record.




Select the Planitem >> Select the plan performed date >> Click on Add Past Vaccine &Service.

Now go to Medical Record >> Delete the past service performed.

Note: Deleting past service fro medical record will not delete Plan Reminder.

Once your Done with Above step Inactivate the duplicate Pet Record.
