NextGen - What are key words and how are they used?
The keywords are tags which will be replaced with a specific piece of information.
>> Keywords help in personalizing your emails or SMS sent from the Clinic.
>> For example: if a marketing email has been sent to 500 clients, each client will receive it with their own information on the email.
1) To use a keyword, click on edit beside the template you would like to change.
2) click on view keywords
3) Out of the list copy the tag represented between the "$" symbol or click on apply. The Tag will be applied to where the cursor is blinking on the template format.
