NextGen - How to do phone call back and update the status on Reminder report page ?
1) Click on the statistics and reports icon as shown below and click on Reminders.
A > Click on Statistics and reports.
B > Click on Reminders.
2) select the date range needed and click on Generate Report. Then click on view/ Edit Follow Up and update the information.
