If your VETport seems to be slow or not responding,
1. Check access to other internet sites. Is your computer connected to the internet?
2. Check you are accessing VETport in the appropriate browser Google Chrome is preferred or use Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari etc.
3. Make sure that you are using the updated version of the current browser. For Chrome click on the Name and go to About Google Chrome.
4. Clear all cookies stored in your browser shut it down and restart the browser and try again. In Chrome go to the three dots in the right-hand corner, to clear browser data. Note you may not want to clear all the data like your passwords. Closing your browser. and restart your computer.
5. Please reset your router and try with another internet service provider. To reset a router go to where your internet comes into the building. Unplug the router box and leave it off for 1 minute. It will take a little time for the internet to reconnect after plugging in the router. One thing you can try is to connect to a hot spot on someone's phone. Please make sure the wifi for the phone is turned off so it is not using the clinic internet. If you can access your site on the phone and it is running fine then it is your provider.

How to Ping the website to check your connection to your server
For example, as you see in the image it shows that we are now pinging discover.vetport.com
1) This command displays the time required to reach discover.vetport.com from the current computer.
2) If there is an issue in this then it will show a Request Time Out message on your screen. then u need to call your Internet Provider
3) If the response time is ok and still you experience the problem then please contact VETport.
