Next Gen - Accounting Settings

Navigation : 

Go to Money Manager >> Accounting Settings.

1> Payment Group : 

Under Payment Group, you will get a list of all the payment group that we have on VETport and if you uncheck any of the payment group, that specific payment group will not appear when you are trying to process/collect payments against invoices.

2> Payment Type: 

Under Payment type, you can opt the payment type that you would like to have while processing payment.
Also, if you wish to to allow any of the payment group and type to be processed under payment gateway, please check the option that Says "Allow Payment Gateway"

3> Gift cards : 

When you click on Create gift cards, you will be asked to enter information as shown below.

Once you enter all the information, you will be able to create a gift card on VETport.

4> Discounts and coupons : 

A> Add Discounts/Coupons : 

Please add all the details in order to create a Discount/Coupons.

B> Status : Will help you activate and deactivate discount/coupons.

C> Action: Will help you edit or change the existing discount/coupons created.

5> Taxation :

Under Taxation, you will be able to add/Setup Category and Sub-Category Taxes for the plan items.

A> Category Tax : 

Click on Category Tax >> Add new for the below page to appear.

Please select a Category from the drop down list, Apply taxes to the categories (Level 1 and Level 2)

B> Sub Category Tax - 

Once you click on Sub Category tax,

A: Select a Category from the Drop down
B: Assign Sub Category tax by clicking the icon under action.
