Next Gen - Appointment Calendar

Click on Appointment 

Once you are on the appointment page, you will have many  options.

Please refer the indications on the screenshot for better understanding.




A - If you are using a multi clinic setup on VETport, Please click on the drop down and select your clinic for which you would like to create appointments for.

B - Double click on any time slot to create an appointment for that specific time frame.

1>  Will help you print the appointment page with a specific date range.
2> Will help you create your own appointment status.
3> Will help you export the Calendar
4> Will help you create your own custom view for the appointment page.
5> Will help you filter the appointment page with a specific provider/provider's name.
6> Will help you select a specific date using the calendar.

Note - You have many ways to look at the appointment screen - By Day, Week Month, Staff and timeline.


When you select a time slot, the page shown below appears.


Please fill out by - 
Searching the name of the patient
Adding the Appointment type
Adding the Reason for visit
Select Staff/provider
Select Equipment
Start and End time.
Drop Off Date/Time - if required
Email and SMS the appointment confirmation to client. (Please check and un check the box accordingly)
Client Requirements : Whatever you enter under this will be sent to client over an email if the Email to Client box is checked.


You also have the option to register a client when you are trying to create an appointment.

A> Add Quick client - The options to register a client and patient are very Minimal. (Used in the time of Emergencies)

B> Register Client - This is the normal procedure to register a client and patient by collecting all the information required.
