Click on Setup >> Organization >> Clinics. 

Once you're on that page, please click on the gear Icon as shown below.

Under Clinic settings, you will be provided with option to update all the required information for the clinic to function.
Such as,
General, Appointment, EMR/Soap, Taxation, Interest Details, Inventory and Loyalty rewards.

Once all/required setup is complete, the information will be used to update the records on VETport.
