Next Gen - How do I add an attachment & Memo ?

Navigation : Add Attachment

Go to the Client and patient's Dashboard and open the Medical record for which you wish to add the attachment.

Please refer the screenshot for more information.

1>> Click on Authorization/Attachments.
2>> Click on Attachment
3>> Select the type of attachments that you are trying to upload, ex: Lab Report, Prescriptions, Communication.
4>> Click on Browse and locate the file on your computer, once done click on Upload.
5>> Add any additional comments if required.
6>> Click on Save for the changes to take affect.

Navigation : Add Memo 

Go to the Client and patient's Dashboard and open the Medical record for which you wish to add a Memo.

Please refer the screenshot for more information.



1>>  Click on Memo.
2>> Select the type of memo that you wish to add
3>> Add the message/Memo
4>> If you wish to record the memo to the public bulletin for everyone to see, please check the box.
5>> Select a clinic if you have a multi clinic Setup on VETport.
6>> Select a staff designation.
7>> Select a staff member.
Note: option 5,6 and 7 are for you to send a message/memo to a specific staff member at the clinic.

8>> Once everything is done, please click on Record Communique for the memo to get added successfully.
