Navigation to:
Go to : EMR Management >> Templates and Attachments >> Default Templates.
Under this page, please click on Cover email as shown below and you will get a list of all the emails that can be used to send to the clients.
On this page, you will have the option to create templates, edit an existing template and preview the templates created.
1 >> This option will help you with adding a new template.
2>> This option will help you edit the templates already created.
3>> This option will help you preview the template that you have created on how it will look when the template is getting sent to the client.
4>> This option will help you set a default template if you have multiple templates created by click on the radio button.
Once you click on Edit template option, you will be able to make changes to the templates, Title, Subject and the content on the template itself.

A>> Are the Keyword/Tagtools that will help you with the information getting auto populated on the template.
Note: The keywords cannot be copied and pasted to the template, you will have the place the cursor where you wish the keyword to be and then click on View Keywords select the keyword of your choice and click on Apply against the keyword as shown below.
B>> After making all the changes required on the template, please click on Preview to know how the template will look when it gets sent to the client.
C>> Please click on Save without fail after making the necessary changes.
D>> If you wish to get the template to how it was when you initially opened, please click on Restore.
