Step 1: Go to Setup
Step 2: Under "Organization" select "Staff List".
Step 3: Click on "Add Staff" to create a new staff access.
Step 4: To add new staff this has been divided into two parts.
1>> GENERAL DETAILS: where you need to update the staff personal details and also set which clinic do they serve
2>> OTHER DETAILS: This is where you need to update the Staff login user id / group / designation, etc..
How to add staff schedule ?
Step 1: chose the staff and under that click on the "clock" icon.
Step 2: Click on " Add Schedule"
Step 3: Set the working days by selecting the check box
Step 4: Now you need to select the box besides the time provided to make them as unavailable. (Once done then Save)
Note: Blue: stands for Available / White : Stands for "Unavailable" / Gray: Stands for Schedule not set.
