Step 1: Select the Patient ( For which the emr is required)

Step 2: Click on EMR on the CP(client\patient) widget

Step 3: Option is used to search EMR

Step 4: Select the Encounter which needs to be "emailed, faxed or printed"

Step 5: Click on "Generate EMR Group By Encounter" It would take to you to a different page.

Step 6: Please enter or edit the email id to send out an email and also you can print it

Step 7: Enter Fax number if you need to send it via fax.
