In order to transfer Patient/Pet to another Owner, please access the Pet/Patient's file.
On the Patient's Dashboard - Under Reports/Logs, you will find the option "Transfer Patient" as shown Below.
1>> Click on the patient's name.
2>> Under Reports/Logs - Click on Transfer Patient.
Once you click on Transfer Patient, A pop Up window will appear asking for you to enter the new Client's name that you wish to transfer the patient to.
1>> Search the name of the new client.
2>> Click on SAVE once you have the client selected.
Once you click on SAVE - you will get an alert asking for a confirmation as shown below.
Please click on Save and the patient will be transferred to the new Owner/Client.
Note: Once the patient is transferred, the Medical records, Reminders and Appointments will be transferred as well, however the Invoice created Under the old client for the pet will not be transferred to the new Client.
