Step 1: Go to Labs Radiology and Worklists

Step 2: This is the list of Operative Reports to be Approved

Step 3: In right hand corner click on “Pending Reports for list of Pending Report List”

Step 4: Click on the Deleted Reports to get the Deleted Reports List
