Go to Setup >> Organization >> Staff Designation.
This page has a list of all the Staff designation available on VETport.
The Staff designation list is pre-loaded on the application.

Note: If you Opt out of any staff designation from here, that once which are opted out will not be available for you when you try to create a new staff member and assign a Staff designation.
