Go to Setup >> Organization >> User Group.
User groups are the access levels provided to each staff member.
Under User Group, you will have the option to manage and create a new user group.
1>> ADD NEW : When you click on Add new, you will be provided with an option to create a new user group,
After creating the user group, please click on Manage and provide access level on VETport.
2> Status: You can activate and deactivate an User group when ever you want to.
3> Edit : This option will help you change the name of the user group.
4> Manage: this will help you with managing the user group by providing more access or restricting the access level to a specific group.
