Next Gen - Over view on communication

Communication:

This option would help the clinic to have a track on what is going on with in the clinic. You can share any message using the bulletin and also chat with your staffs using the Messages.

1: Messages:

a) Multiple Clinic:  You use this option to chose the clinic where you text.

b) This option will help you fillter to message by using the "Date & Message".

c) This will help get all the message which are archived

d)  This opiton will Compose Message

e) This opiton will Start "Messaging".



After you click on "Start Messaging"

A) Helps you search the name of the person where you can start messaging

B) This option can help you tag the patient, so that the conversation you have regarding that patient will be saved to the EMR automatically

2: Bulletin:

c) This will help get all the "Bulletin" which are archived

d)  This opiton will Compose Bulletin

e) This opiton will Bulletin Conversation



After you click on "Bulletin Conversation"

A) Helps you search the name of the clinic where you can you need post the "Bulletin" to

B) This option can help you tag the patient, so that the conversation you have regarding that patient will be saved to the EMR automatically

C) You can use this option will help you set the Priority of the "Bulletin"

D) This space can help you enter the text here




3: Client Communications:

A: This option will help you search for the clinic to see if your client has sent a text to you

B: Helps you search for the texts by date's range

C: This would help you search all the Deleted texts

D: You would be able to find all the communication with your clients
