Next Gen - Preference - Reason for Visit
Navigation:
Go to Preferences >> Reason for Visit.
Under this page, you will have the option to create a new Reason for Visit, deactivate a reason for visit which is already created and edit an existing reason for visit.
A: Click on Add to create a new Reason for Visit.
B: Click on the green status Bar to deactivate a reason for Visit.
C: Click on Edit to make changes to a reason for visit already created.
