Next Gen - Reminders

Step 1: Select Preferences

Step 2: Click on Reminders , this would take to the  "Reminder Management" page.

      

Reminder Management & Adding Reminders

Reminder Management :

Step 1:  "Past Service" is used to set your reminders as past service if you require

Step 2: "Action" is used if you want to Edit your current reminders and also mark it as Active or deactivate it.

Step 3: Click on " Add Reminder" Which will take to the next page.


Adding Reminder:

  • Reminder: Here you can create your reminder and map it to your plan item or you can also set the Category to your plan item. You can also set the Due - in / Expiry - in & Interval (Days). "Reminder Factor" if you check this it will be recorded by annual quantity plan performed.
  • Where to Display: You can select the options on where you want the Reminder's to be displayed as per your requirement.
