Step 1: Go to "Prefrences"

Step 2: Click on "Formulary"

 

Step 3: Click on edit icon below Actions. to set up the formulary

 

Step 4: this option which is would be right bottom of the page would help you add new formulary

Step 5: This options would help set up the formulary according to the plan items prescription etc..
