Next Gen - Team Viewer Set up
In order for the Support Agent from VETport to access your computer - Please click on the "?" - Help as shown below.
Once this page, please click on "Support Demo and Training" as shown below.
Once you click on Support Demo and Training - you will see a file downloading on your computer as shown below.
Please open the file once it completes downloading.
And you will get a User Account Control message asking for your permission to make changes to the Computer, Please click on - "YES"
Once you give permission, you will get a Team Viewer Window with a Session Code in it - as shown below.
Please provide the session code to our Support Agent for them to access your computer remotely.
