NextGen - How to show Plan item report card on invoice and statements ?

1) Please click on the clinic settings - restricted

2) click on the invoice option and click on Show Plan Item Report Card on Invoice and Statement.

A > Click on Invoice.

B > Click on checkbox >  Show Plan Item Report Card on Invoice and Statement.
