NextGen - How do I clear my day to day deposit?

1) Please click on the money manager icon as shown below. Navigate to deposits and reconcile Then click on clear deposit. 

2) Click on the archive deposit option to close the account for the day. You can also hold all the checks received as a payment mode during the day as shown below in the image.
