NextGen - How to add a custom reminder ?

1) Navigate to the patient's account and click on the Add custom reminders icon as shown below in the reminders widget. 

A > Click on the + icon.

2) Fill in the necessary information and click on save and a custom reminder will be generated as per the requirement.
