NextGen - How to add a new patient EMR ?

NextGen - How to add a new patient EMR ?

1) Navigate into the patient's account and click on the Add Encounter button as shown below. 



2) Add the information and click on save. 
A > Create a new Encounter as per your requirement.
B > Description.
C > Select the provider and click on save.
