NextGen - How to generate a report on SMS/Text sent and recived ?
1) Click on the statistics and reports icon as shown below and click on Communication.
A > Click on Statistics and reports.
B > Click on communication.
B > Click on communication.
2) Click on SMS/Text Msg Log.
3) Select the dates >> Select the clinic and click on apply filter. You can also download in CSV.
