Legacy - Patient Query - Communicate with clients with reference to specfic patients

PATIENT QUERY MANAGER

VETport offers different ways to search patients e.g on birth date, active or inactive and on master problem so that the user can send marketing emails, print postcards, labels or print address lists as reports

Search patient queries by birth date, active / inactive, by master problem, search by sex status


Search Patients by Birth Date



Search Clients to email / print / post marketing material (Client Query Manager)
Search Patients on Birth date (Born Before or Born after)

1) Select Species and Breed
2) Select Born After date or Born Before date
3) List the Query list on only Active or InActive or Deceased patients. Hide suspended clients (because of bad debts) if they need not show in the search result
4) Click on "Search Client / Patient" button
5) Once the search result is displayed, the user can do any of the following:
-- Print Label (PDF)
-- Print Postcard (PDF)
-- Send marketing emails. Emails will not be sent to users whose emails were generated by Vetport, since they need not be valid emails and are generated as client login id. Emails are sent only to clients having valid addresses
-- Print Report - Print address list of the clients -(the pdf document is for all clients in the search result. No need to select clients)
-- Export as a CSV file (delimited separated text file)
-- Print Letter to send to send to clients

Search on Active / InActive patient


!) Search on First Active patients by selecting From and To dates (To date is optional)
2) List Query results by patients which are only Active or Inactive or Deceased. Hide suspended clients (because of bad debts) if they need not show in the search result
3) Click on "Search" button to get the search result

Search Patients on Master Problem


!) Search on Master Problem
2) Click on the check box if only list of Active Master Problems to be shown
3) List Query results by patients which are only Active or Inactive or Deceased. Hide suspended clients (because of bad debts) if they need not show in the search result
4) Click on "Search" button to get the search result

Search by Sex Status
