Legacy - Recommended Services Setup

Recommended Services helps create a custom reminder with the manual due date & for this reminder e-mail will be triggered automatically, If a reminder is setup for that specific plan item


To Add recommended service please Search the Client / Patient

Open the Dashboard for Client / Patient

1) Click on More option.

2) Click on Recommended Service option, It will take you to new screen as per the next screen shot.

Adding a Plan item & Setting up a reminder date


1) Here you need to search the plan item & Select it.

2) Set the Date of reminder for selected plan item, you can add multiple plan items here, If you have selected wrong plan item You can click on Cross which is in Circle to delete it.

3) click on Save button,


After that it show a Response according to Status of plan item, If you already have reminder for the same plan item in the list, then it will show you a "Failed" message. In this condition you if you need to change the date of existing reminder, then you need to go to Client/Patient Dashboard click on patient name & select "Reminder-Edit" option here you can update the date.

If you have added a plan item for which reminder setup is not done then it will show a extra message like "Configure Reminder for Plan_item_name"   Please go and then add a reminder to this plan item.


All Recommended Services will show up on the Left side of medical record, below Problem list.

Recommended services reminder will be auto expired after one month of its Due date.


To access the Recommended Services Reminder, You can do a search from compliance menu.

 


To delete a recommended services Reminder manually you can search it under compliance & click on Red Cross mark.

To edit the Recommended services Reminder

1) Click on Patient name

2) select option Reminders-Edit


1) Recommended Services reminders will be always at the bottom of this page

2) Here you can change the Due date

3) As well as Expiry date.
