Legacy - Reference Types

How did you hear about us?

Configure the Referral Types who will refer clients to the clinics e.g other doctors, friends, veterinarian etc
Used in Client Registration page, to select "How did you hear about us?"

How To Setup Reference types

1) Add a Referral Type
2) Edit Referral Type
3) Add a master contact list of the referrals

Edit Referral Type

Upon clicking Edit button , It will open above form
1. Status can be changed to Either Active or Inactive
2. If you check "Get Referral Details", while creating client it will give you option to enter Referral Details.
3. If you check "Select from existing Clients as Referral", while creating client it will open existing Client list to be selected as Referral

Upon selecting "Select from existing Clients as Referral"

While creating client, it will Open existing Client list.

Upon selecting "Get Referral Details"

While creating client, it will open already generated list

You can Add /Edit list while entering new client
