Legacy - Set-up process for admission process
VETport allows you to manage Admitted Patients. As a very first step in this activity, room configuration is explained below
Outline of room configuration can be explained as
A Clinic is in Building, Building has Floors, Floors have Wings, Wings have Room Types [Basically A Room type is a plan item in VetBuddy], Room Types have Room Nos [Define how the patients can be accomodated here]
Room configuration can be accessed in the following screen
Goto Settings & Reports >> Settings >> Admission / Boarding Masters
1. Building >> View [Settings & Reports >> Settings >> Admission / Boarding Masters >> Buildings]
View Current Buildings belonging to respective Clinics
Building >> Add / Edit
2. Floor >> View [Settings & Reports >> Settings >> Admission / Boarding Masters >> Floors]
1. View Floors belonging to Building
2. Add / Edit New Floors from here
2. Add / Edit New Floors from here
Floor >> Add / Edit
1. Select Building Name and enter Floor name
2. Click Modify Floor / Add Floor to modify or add a new Floor
2. Click Modify Floor / Add Floor to modify or add a new Floor
3. Wings / Wards >> View
1. View Wards Belonging to Floors of Building
2. Add / Edit New Wards / Wings from here
2. Add / Edit New Wards / Wings from here
1. Select Floor
2. Enter Wing name
3. Click Modify Wing / Ward / Add Wing / Ward to modify or add a new Wing
2. Enter Wing name
3. Click Modify Wing / Ward / Add Wing / Ward to modify or add a new Wing
4. Flagging Category For Boarding
Goto Settings >> Medical Record / Plan Item Setup >> Add / Modify Category
