Legacy - Setting a Sub Category to Capture City / County License Information
Click on Add Modify Category
Set the appropriate flags.
1. To have the Sub Category show up in the city License Form the City License flag must be set.

1. City License Set
2. New Sub Category Set.
Ready to add plan item to this Sub Category so they will be tracked under the City Licenses Form.
