Legacy - Special Appointment Notes to be sent as part of Appointment email

Now special notes can be configured against each appointment type and which will be sent as part of the Appointment email.

Appointment notes can be inserted in the Appointment email via a special tag $$Appointmentnotes$$

How to configure


Via Settings & Reports >>

Add/Modify/View Appointment notes


Appointment notes to be sent as part of email (presently empty)

Also configure Appointment notes / Additional Information via

Configure appointment notes for each appointment type

$$Appointmentnotes$$ tag to be used in Appointment email template

Tagging The Appointment Notes


A New Window will Open with the Tag Tools


Paste the Tag on the E- Mail Template wherever Required  


After Filling the Notes and Adding the Tag, You can also Preview the details using Preview Button on the Top
